Platinum Cleaning rates include one bathroom and apply to one-level apartments (Duplex, Townhouses). If your home has more than three bedrooms and one bathroom, we’ll need a detailed description and photos to provide an accurate flat rate.
If your home has not been cleaned in a long time and has significant clutter or heavy dirt and dust buildup, it may not qualify for a deep clean. To ensure eligibility, please send photos in advance.
Deep Cleaning Includes:
Dusting/polishing/vacuuming the furniture and floors. We will not move the furniture but will reach under it to clean there.
Deep Cleaning baseboards
Mopping the floors (with Swiffer and wet cloth. Please provide your own mop if you want us to use anything else).
Taking out the trash and replacing trash bags/liners
Making up the beds. Please leave clean bedding on bed if you want us to change sheets.
Bathroom Cleaning Includes:
Cleaning and sanitizing the bathroom (scrubbing walls, tub, toilet, and sink)
Washing the walls
Organizing inside cabinets, closets, or drawers
Polishing bathroom faucets and mirrors
Kitchen Cleaning Includes:
Doing dishes by hand or running the machine - Please let us know if you have more than one sink or machine full of dishes. Extra charge will apply. Please do not leave expensive or extremely fragile dishes for us to clean.
Cleaning inside the microwave
Polishing bathroom faucets and mirrors
Wiping down and polishing the countertops and stovetop
