Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes! We bring all the supplies and equipment needed unless you request otherwise. If you have preferred products, we’re happy to use them—just let us know in advance.
Do you clean Airbnb or Short-term rentals?
Yes! We specialize in Airbnb turnovers, including laundry and restocking supplies.
Do I need to prepare my home before you arrive?
A quick tidy (like putting away personal items or dirty dishes) helps us focus on deep cleaning. No stressing allowed —we’re here to help!
What if I’m not satisfied with the service?
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If something was missed, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll come back to make it right.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a fee. Check our full cancellation policy.
